Sauerbraten is a traditional German pot roast, famous as one of the country's national dishes, made from beef (or sometimes other meats) that is marinated for several days in a tangy, sweet-and-sour mixture of vinegar, wine, and spices before being slow-cooked until tender.
We will serve Sauerbraten with Red Cabbage and Potato Dumplings for $22
Our Oyster Menu will also be available.
