George Feijoo – Musician Bio:
After tragically failing as the little drummer boy in his 2nd grade Christmas musical (a task he was relegated to due to his inability to carry a tune with the choir), George Feijoo forsook music for almost a decade. It was not until late in high-school that he heard the sweet sounds of John Mayer’s guitar and decided to give it another whirl. The next 15 years saw George performing at weddings, private events, and helping to lead the worship service at his local church.
In 2020, George found himself with a little extra time at home, and thus was born his one-man band act. Using some neat technology and guitar pedals his wife can never know about, George is able to fill the roles of guitarist, drummer, bassist, and choir. But that does not mean he has no friends. George loves having musical guests join him on stage, and none more than members of the crowd looking to partake in LIVE BAND KARAOKE! Spanning only the best genres and consisting of over 370 hits from the last century, George’s set list is sure to have something for everyone with good taste. And no backing tracks are ever used. Every song is dynamic. Every set is unique. Every show is awesome.
Born in New York to immigrant parents from Peru, George was raised in Miami and later moved to Tallahassee to study at Florida State University. Outside of his day job consulting on insurance and government affairs, George can usually be found playing basketball, serving at church, and loving on his wife Samantha and children Olivia and Luka.
