Join us on Wednesday, September 10th, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. to learn the art of shucking oysters and how to make chimichurri for raw oysters and a Chinese-style topping with garlic, onions, chili flakes, and soy sauce for baked oysters.
